Job summary

NEOMED is seeking a Senior Sponsored Programs Administrator to oversee subawards, subcontracts, consultant agreements and amendments, and the administration of awards within the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. The role provides guidance to Sponsored Programs staff, collaborates with PIs to ensure compliance, and supports proposal preparation, budget development, and award setup.

A background in research administration and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Four years research administrative experience or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and administration of outgoing subawards, subcontracts, and consulting agreements and their amendments.
• Provide guidance to faculty and staff in proposal preparation, budgets, sponsor guidelines, and submission processes.
• Oversee award setup and complex project oversight; ensure compliance with policies and sponsor requirements.
• Mentor and supervise staff and contribute to training within Sponsored Programs.
