You will cultivate trusted relationships with client leaders, translate advanced analytics into actionable recommendations, and align Vizient solutions with client priorities.

The role requires executive presence, strong data storytelling, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate actionable insights to senior executives.
• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence.
• Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred.

• Oversee contract performance across multiple categories to optimize utilization and value realization.
• Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions to align goals and identify new opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance across multiple functions and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Operate autonomously, mentor peers, and support standardization and continuous improvement across the team.
• Apply advanced problem-solving and critical thinking to complex issues and implement innovative solutions.
