Memorial Hermann is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and rehabilitate patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will document findings, develop plans of care, and provide therapy while serving as a resource to junior staff and students.

You will supervise and mentor Speech Pathology personnel, participate in program development, and collaborate with physicians and insurers to optimize patient outcomes. Commitment to clinical excellence is essential.

Formación

• Graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice speech/language pathology in Texas with ASHA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support certification; advanced education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with physician referral.
• Develop and implement plans of care and goals.
• Deliver Speech therapy treatments and advanced therapies.
• Supervise staff and mentor students.
• Collaborate with physicians, insurers, and team members.
• Lead department projects and strategic planning.
