Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology (SBOTE/ASHA-CCC-SLP required).
• Current BLS certification; ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across ages with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Document findings, progress, and communicate with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Mentor and train staff, interns, and CFYs; may supervise clinical interns.
• Contribute to program development and act as a clinical resource for staff.
• Promote safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care and participate in departmental activities.
