Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current license to practice SLP in Texas (Texas Board).
ASHA Certification required; BLS Certification.
One year of experience preferred; mentorship/training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop plans of care for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Provide therapy and re-evaluate progress; adjust goals as needed.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff, interns, and technicians.
Lead staff development and training programs for clinical competencies.
Document care accurately in medical records and ensure compliance.
Act as a preceptor and clinical instructor for CFY and interns.
