The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, 5 years of clinical practice, and BLS certification; the candidate will mentor staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• 5 years of current clinical practice.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA).
• BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides therapy evaluations, treatment planning, treatment interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab, outpatient settings as appropriate.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Participates in education and teaching activities for students and staff.
• Documents patient progress, evaluations and discharge summaries.
• Mentors new/rotating staff and supports departmental operations.
