Zusammenfassung

Encompass Health is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our inpatient rehab team, guiding patients through speech and communication challenges with compassionate, personalized care.

You will mentor staff, supervise SLPs and assistants, and contribute to in-service education and a patient-centered culture. A CCC, active state license, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications.

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Mentor and train colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise SLP assistants and technicians.
• Support in-service education and student programs in speech language pathology.
• Celebrate patient progress and successes throughout rehab.
