Albert Einstein Medical Center seeks a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and discharge plan for a full patient caseload across acute care, skilled facilities, rehab and outpatient settings, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes.

Candidates must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 5 years of clinical practice, and ASHA CCC-SLP; BLS. The role includes mentoring, education of students, and rotating shifts within Jefferson Health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 5 years of current clinical practice.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• BLS certification from AHA.

Responsabilités

• Provides therapy evaluations, treatment planning, interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab and outpatient settings.
• Collaborates with other allied health professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care.
• Mentors staff, participates in student education (ICE, OT level I) or Full-Time/Part-Time students.
• Records and documents health progress, progress notes, evaluations and discharge summaries.
