Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center in Willow Grove, PA seeks a Senior Therapist for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology to lead evaluation, treatment and discharge planning for a full patient caseload across acute and rehab settings.

Responsibilities include planning evidence-based therapies, documenting progress and coordinating with education and staff, while upholding Jefferson Health's mission and values in a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 5 years of current clinical practice.
• BLS and AHA certifications; PA OT license.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy evaluations, treatment planning and interventions for a full patient caseload.
• Performs discharge planning and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Participates in student education and clinical teaching.
• Plans and delivers evidence-based therapy programs across settings.
• Documents patient progress and maintains accurate records.
