Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or management) completed.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Lead and mentor the team; participate in in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories and track progress throughout rehabilitation.
