Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships to aid recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and monitor outcomes as part of leadership responsibilities.
