Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in SLP or OT/PT as applicable.
• 7 years of current clinical practice with at least 2–3 years in the specialty area and at least 2000 hours of specialty practice.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania (OT/SLP/PT as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in alignment with Jefferson values.
• Provides advanced therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Mentors staff and contributes to orientation and competency assessments.
• Models integration of literature into clinical practice and supports program development.
• Participates in student and resident education and clinical training.
