Job summary

Business Information Group, Inc. is seeking a Spectrum Software Consultant to lead software consulting engagements, implement and support the Spectrum platform for clients, onboard new users, and configure the system to meet specific needs.

You will serve as a key liaison with clients, manage project goals and timelines, and mentor junior consultants while collaborating with technical teams. Spectrum knowledge is essential; ERP experience with Sage or CMiC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, purchase orders and general ledger.
• 3–5 years of experience in software consulting, preferably within the construction or ERP space.
• Hands-on experience with Spectrum is strongly required; experience with Sage or CMiC will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to travel to client sites within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead software consulting engagements and ensure successful Spectrum implementations and ongoing support.
• Onboard new clients, configure Spectrum to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support.
• Estimate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to create realistic project plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with application developers and technical teams.
• Travel to client sites within the United States as needed.
