Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. seeks a senior technical leader to drive Spectrum initiatives across the enterprise.

You will partner with operating units to optimize Spectrum usage, lead backend upgrades, and ensure robust data and process governance in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment. Ideal candidates bring extensive Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum experience, strong SQL Server skills, ERP upgrade background, and proven technical leadership with vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive Spectrum experience with Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum.
• Strong troubleshooting of Spectrum data and applications.
• SQL Server troubleshooting experience.
• Experience leading ERP upgrades and production support.
• Technical leadership and vendor management experience.
• Accounting/financial systems knowledge preferred.

About this Role

Provides senior technical leadership and support for Quanta's enterprise Spectrum environments. The role works directly with Operating Units to improve their use of Spectrum, resolve complex issues, optimize processes, and drive greater consistency and adoption across the platform.

What You'll Do

• Serve as senior technical SME and escalation point for complex Spectrum application, data, and backend issues.
• Partner directly with OpUs to understand business needs, resolve challenges, optimize processes, and strengthen their use of Spectrum.
• Identify opportunities to better utilize existing Spectrum functionality and reduce manual processes and workarounds.
• Lead backend upgrades, environment changes, testing, production validation, and technical deployments.
• Perform and coordinate root-cause analysis, including SQL/data troubleshooting.
• Manage technical escalations and deliverables with Trimble and other technology partners.
• Support Spectrum implementations, integrations, enhancements, and technical initiatives.
• Strengthen change management, testing, documentation, and platform controls.
• Mentor support resources and transfer Spectrum expertise into the internal team.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum experience.
• Strong Spectrum application, data, and technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• SQL Server troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, testing, releases, and production support.
• Technical/project leadership and vendor management experience.
• Accounting and financial systems knowledge preferred.
