Job summary

Sea-Tac Electric, a Washington-based full-service electrical services company, is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Spectrum ERP platform across the organization. This hands-on role covers ERP management, system integration, and service desk operations for finance, operations, and field teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of IT experience, strong ERP knowledge, and leadership to drive process improvements, data integrity, and user support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in service desk, infrastructure, and ERP support.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and managing Trimble Spectrum ERP.
• Experience providing Tier 1-3 IT support in a service desk environment.
• Experience supporting SaaS enterprise applications and vendor-managed platforms.
• Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, or data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own Spectrum ERP and provide Tier 1-3 support for users and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Trimble support; maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Optimize workflows across AP, AR, Payroll, and Job Cost; improve reporting.
• Support onboarding of acquired companies; align chart of accounts and processes.
• Coordinate with Trimble and vendors for system upgrades and issues.
