Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, with at least eight years of relevant experience. Licensure as an architect or engineer is preferred; LEED AP/WELL/AP credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering is required.
• At least eight years of relevant experience is required.
• Licensure as an architect or engineer is preferred.
• LEED AP, WELL Accredited Professional, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional credentials are a plus.
• Experience leading the specification writing process for Divisions 00-14 and coordinating with multiple disciplines is valued.

Responsibilities

• Create project manuals for vertical construction projects.
• Prepare and assist with writing specifications for Divisions 00-14 and coordinate the entire project manual.
• Assist with product research, evaluations and selection.
• Develop and update master specifications and lead formatting across disciplines.
• Mentor staff and participate in educational opportunities about building products and standards.
