Qualifications

• 8–10 years architectural practice experience with documentation delivery.
• 3+ years direct experience in architectural specification writing.
• Experience with hospitality, gaming, or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and coordinate technical specifications and Project Manuals per CSI Master Format.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, and consultants.
• Ensure specifications align with project requirements and industry standards.
• QA/QC reviews during design development and construction documentation.
• Support RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings during construction.
• Maintain Master Specifications and technical standards across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Manage specification deliverables to schedules and budgets.
