Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural and specification writing experience.
• CSI membership; CDT certification a plus; CCS/LEED AP or licensed Architect/Engineer a plus.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead specification research and development for architectural projects.
• Write and edit specifications and ensure conformance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams and consultants on specifications.
• Review submittals and substitution requests and advise on compliance.
• Develop in-house master specifications and maintain references.
