Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive guest-focused selling in Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics, while maintaining an exceptional shopping experience for guests. You will lead a team to achieve sales goals and ensure products are available and well-presented on the sales floor.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and develop hourly team members.

Responsabilidades

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Lead a guest-obsessed culture and deliver on store goals.
• Create schedules to align with guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising and pricing workload and manage backroom processes.
• Develop and coach team leaders to elevate skills and expertise.
• Lead onboarding and close product knowledge gaps through coaching.
