Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the U.S. to connect with medical professionals, explain clinical benefits, and promote Amgen products.

You will implement marketing strategies and drive territory sales through in-person and virtual engagements. The role requires relevant healthcare or sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic payer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization of products
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs, and exceed sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and manage contracts
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and sustain it through the sales cycle while upholding company values
