Job summary

Target Wyomissing is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to drive guest experience and optimize in-store operations. You will lead a team of consultants across departments, manage daily workloads, and ensure timely replenishment and merchandising updates to meet store goals.

The role requires strong guest service, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on coaching and developing hourly team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly environment.
• Plan workload and lead a department to meet sales goals and customer needs.
• Coach, develop and retain team members for performance and growth.
• Support store operations including backroom, replenishment and merchandising updates.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and scheduling to maintain coverage and guest service.
• Model safety and ethical conduct and ensure compliance across the team.
