Job summary

Amgen is hiring a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical product knowledge, and navigate payer environments in a dynamic U.S. territory. You will implement sales strategies, conduct programs, and work with the District Manager to meet targets.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product access, and timely feedback on marketing initiatives, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience or 3+ years with clinical exposure for Senior level.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Lead sales efforts to achieve territory targets and promote products.
• Develop relationships with accounts and manage reimbursement issues.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and territory planning.
• Support cross-team collaboration and maintain Amgen values throughout the sales cycle.
