Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialist to connect with medical professionals and promote our products while navigating the payer landscape. You will implement marketing strategy, expand access, and drive territory sales.

The role requires a strong background in sales, healthcare experience, and communication skills, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work where possible within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in educational programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Uphold Amgen values and maintain a patient-first approach throughout the sales cycle.
