Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in pharmacy or healthcare leadership.
• 2 years hospital or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Registered Pharmacist or eligible to obtain license within two months of hire.
• BLS (CPR) from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Leads collaboration with health care providers to establish and deploy system-wide specialty pharmacy services.
• Assists with financial planning, budgeting, and justifying expenses for capital equipment.
• Monitors regulatory compliance locally and nationally and suggests improvements for accreditation.
• Contributes to ongoing development toward best practices and excellent customer service.
• Assists with selection and implementation of technology to drive efficient processes.
• Builds marketing and provider relations initiatives with payers and health plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
