The ideal candidate will hold PharmD or an equivalent advanced degree, have 2+ years in hospital or specialty pharmacy, and possess an active license or be eligible within two months. This full‑time role includes days shifts with on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent advanced degree required.
• Active pharmacist license or eligible to obtain license within two months of hire.
• BLS CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross‑department specialty pharmacy services for chronic/serious illnesses.
• Supports financial planning, budgeting, and justifying equipment expenses.
• Monitors regulatory compliance locally and nationally to maintain accreditation.
• Fosters environment for ongoing development and excellent customer service in specialty pharmacy.
• Supports selection and deployment of technology to streamline patient care and timeliness.
• Develops marketing/provider relations initiatives with regional payers.
