Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Manager Specialty Pharmacy to lead a cross-department program serving patients with serious health conditions who require complex therapies. You will help implement policies, ensure timely medication delivery, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

The role collaborates with providers, supports budgeting, and develops marketing and provider relations with regional payers to position the specialty pharmacy as the preferred supply channel.

Qualifications

• PharmD, MHA, MS Pharmacy, MBA, or equivalent leadership degree.
• 2 years hospital or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Registered Pharmacist or eligible for license within two months.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department specialty pharmacy program implementation and maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance locally and nationally.
• Support budgeting and capital equipment planning.
• Drive patient access and timely medication delivery.
• Develop provider relations with regional payers.
