Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment. This role requires building relationships, delivering strategic messages, and driving territory sales while upholding Amgen values.

The position supports remote and hybrid work where possible, with a base requirement for strong communication and a background in Life Sciences or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of sales or clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and engage in in-person and virtual programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, understand customer needs, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
