The advisor will develop referral sources, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while driving growth in the SBA/CRE portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relationship development experience in commercial/business banking.
• 2+ years of SBA and CRE lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Marketing or related business field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert to identify steps to develop SBA and CRE portfolio with BRMs.
• Identify client needs and partner with product groups to deliver solutions.
• Structure and price loans adhering to bank policies and regulations.
• Determine SBA eligibility for clients.
• Serve as primary contact through post-application, eligibility, and post-approval stages.
• Monitor loans through pipeline, closing and booking stages.
• Educate BRMs and Chase partners on SBA/CRE opportunities and requirements.
• Develop relationships with SBA District Offices and Certified Development Companies.
• Maintain knowledge of Chase Credit Policy and SBA SOPs.
