Chase is seeking a Senior Specialty Finance Advisor in Business Banking to serve mid-size clients with SBA and Commercial Real Estate financing needs across the New York area. You will partner with BRMs to assess opportunities, structure loans, and guide clients through post-application and closing phases, delivering strategic solutions and excellent service.

With a strong background in SBA/CRE lending and relationship development, you will expand referral networks, stay compliant with policies,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in relationship development for commercial/business banking.
• 2+ years SBA and CRE lending experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of SBA products and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify SBA and CRE opportunities and close loans.
• Consult and partner with BRMs on financing needs.
• Develop referral sources and maintain client relationships.
• Structure and price loans per bank policies and regulations.
• Manage client expectations through the loan cycle.
• Educate partners on SBA/CRE opportunities and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain relationships with SBA offices and development companies.
• Stay current on Chase credit policy and SOPs.
• Monitor the loan pipeline from application to booking.
