Chase is seeking a seasoned Specialty Finance Advisor to support Business Banking clients with SBA and Commercial Real Estate financing. You will consult with BRMs, assess client needs, structure loans, and guide deals from eligibility to closing while ensuring compliance with policy.

• Minimum 7 years of relationship development in commercial/business banking.
• Minimum 2 years SBA and CRE lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of SBA products, policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify SBA and CRE lending needs and structure loans within bank policies.
• Serve as subject matter expert to BRMs and educate partners on SBA/CRE opportunities.
