Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will lead the development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty clinical programs, driving innovation and measurable outcomes across clinical, technical, operational, and business teams.

This leadership role partners with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Qualificações

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required.
• 3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
• Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of additional specialty solutions.
• Stay informed on key economic and clinical industry trends.
• Provide insight into competitor products and services.
• Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy team, and other stakeholders to deliver results.

Formação

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree
