Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Talent Solution Delivery Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to our largest enterprise clients. You will manage the complete talent flow, drive program performance, and deliver high-quality talent solutions with measurable impact.

You will partner with client leadership, measure success against SLAs, provide market insights, and help scale programs across global accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Competenze

• Master's degree/MBA or equivalent.
• Experience in HR Tech, RPO, staffing, or delivery management.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with reporting tools.

• As part of the customer success team, you will be responsible for the success of our largest enterprise customers.
• You will measure the success of the customer based on funnels and proactively drive measures to improve client performance.
• You will be responsible for achieving the agreed SLA performance metrics and delivering high-quality candidates to our clients on time.
• You will advise clients on current market trends and help them execute and run successful programs.
• You will build and expand strong relationship networks both internally and across your client organizations.
• You participate in management meetings to discuss the status of your clients.
• You will execute prescribed internal client management activities according to established procedures.
• You will manage complex, non-standard user questions and issues, collaborating with team members to find solutions and providing advice on SLA requirements with friendly, responsive support.
• You will define KPIs, collect data from standard sources, and create accurate standard and complex ad-hoc reports and evaluations on technical support activities and service delivery.

We are looking for a business-minded, hands-on enterprise Senior Talent Solution Delivery Specialist who wants to join our team and take on the challenge to change the world of work. In your role you will work closely with our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible to manage the complete talent flow for dedicated customers and you will be measured on the success of your customers.

What your typical day includes:

What we would like you to have:

• You have successfully completed a master's degree/MBA or an equivalent.
• You bring practical work experience in HR Tech, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), staffing, or delivery management as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager.
• You have a strong command of English; outstanding communication, presentation skills and exhibit confidence when interacting with co-workers and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy.
• You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, reporting tools, and client success platforms.
• You have a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail, efficiency, reliability, and strong analytical reasoning skills.
• You demonstrate strong analytical reasoning skills and contribute to team spirit through your curiosity and passion for new challenges.
