Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Wilmington, DE 19805 (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Consulting skills with a focus on questioning assumptions, challenging thoughts, and providing alternative perspectives
  • Proven experience in social sourcing, use of AI in recruitment, and projecting the organizational talent brand
  • Hybrid schedule - must be in Wilmington office at least 3 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in HR or related field
  • Experience with Workday Recruit ATS and Phenom CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to evaluate business and staffing priorities
  • Perform market analysis and execute sourcing strategies for diverse talent pools
  • Manage the recruitment process at all stages and influence candidate selection
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Develop effective job postings and screening questions
  • Ensure compliance with legal employment requirements
  • Remain adaptable and innovative in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach
