The Senior Specialist - Implementation will be responsible for implementing, documenting, and maintaining web-facing data collection applications. This includes managing a library of relevant JavaScript code with the development team, implementing tags through tag management platforms, and conducting QA both in browsers and in data reports. Some reporting and analysis are also expected. The primary focus will be on Adobe systems, including Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, and Magento.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the analytics team to define and document dataLayer for relevant sites.
• Work with the development team to implement dataLayer on relevant sites.
• Manage a library of analytics JavaScript code in Confluence for implementation and processing.
• Implement and maintain analytics tags on sites via tag manager platforms.
• Perform QA on tags onsite and in reporting to ensure accurate data capture.
• Assist in managing Target tests.
• Support the analytics team with reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Science, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of JavaScript experience writing analytics collection code and working with dataLayer objects.
• 3+ years of experience implementing tags via Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience reporting from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is a plus.
• At least 2 years of working in an Agile environment.
• At least 1 year of experience writing implementation documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and precisely.
