Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Overview

Specright is looking to hire an Implementation Consultant within our Implementation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting customer requirements, designing, and implementing Specification Data Management solutions for customer accounts.

You will collaborate with our customers, providing best practice recommendations, developing solution designs, and ensuring successful implementation. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating requirements and designing solutions for customer implementations, ensuring success across varying business sizes, including enterprise.
2. Define and document solution design, user stories, and requirements, including configuration, custom development, and data migration.
3. Collaborate with the Solution Data Architect & Project Manager to define scope and deliverables for successful implementation.
4. Consult, lead, and guide customers with best practices to support business transformation and process optimization during Specright implementations.
5. Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data.
6. Work directly with clients across industries such as beauty and cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food & beverage, wine & spirits, automotive, and chemicals.
7. Train and mentor new team members on product and industry best practices.
8. Conduct weekly technical training and mentorship sessions for the team.

Basic Qualifications

1. 3+ years of technical experience in manufacturing, HLS, or high-tech industries.
2. Salesforce.com admin experience.
3. Software configuration and/or development experience.
4. Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation, data mapping, process flow diagrams, data models, configuration, and deployment.
5. Experience with SaaS hybrid implementation methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to present to C-level executives and leadership.
• Industry experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
• Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills with clients and project teams.
