The Team

The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow helps customers achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. You will work with customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth on the ServiceNow platform by demonstrating its value.

The Role

The Sr. Technical Consultant for Security Operation Workflow is a technical and functional expert, consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products according to best practices to accelerate customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting Security Operations by configuring ServiceNow Service Delivery with a focus on best practices.
  2. Assisting in process re-engineering, gap analysis, and process definition during workshops.
  3. Advising customers on utilizing standard capabilities to improve security processes.
  4. Leading design workshops on ServiceNow platform and Security Operations solutions.
  5. Guiding documentation efforts, including business requirement workbooks and user stories.
  6. Providing training and oversight to customer system administrators.
  7. Leading technical project delivery and overseeing partner contributions.
  8. Developing integrations (SSO, LDAP) and portal components.
  9. Preparing customer-facing deliverables and ensuring quality.
  10. Managing multiple projects and supporting sales activities.
  11. Mentoring team members and partner ecosystem.
  12. Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Solution-Specific certifications (e.g., CIS-SIR, CIS-CSM, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration/development of complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
  • Ability to influence and consult within Security Operations, providing thought leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proven team player and leader.
