Job Title: Territory Manager

We are looking for a competitive Territory Manager to drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, sourcing new business, and developing effective sales strategies in the North and South Carolina territory. The ideal candidate will strengthen partnerships with existing customers, aggressively pursue new opportunities, and understand market competition.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Independently manage and grow business within a set geography
  2. Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
  3. Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend courses of action to prevent future issues
  4. Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience by effectively communicating features and benefits
  5. Maintain records of customer communications and contact information
  6. Make technical presentations and conduct webinars
  7. Prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs
  8. Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
  9. Apply knowledge of price calculations
  10. Research market requirements and data
  11. Maintain awareness of competitor products and report on competitor pricing and strategies
  12. Maintain current knowledge of Neogen products
  13. Demonstrate and explain best practices in installation techniques for all Neogen products
