Busey Bank is seeking a Special Assets Commercial Underwriter II to provide accurate, timely credit underwriting to support portfolio management and new business development for assigned Relationship Managers. You will analyze financial statements, assess risk, and prepare concise CCAR memos with borrower strengths and weaknesses.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, 5+ years of commercial credit experience, and 2+ years in underwriting.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of financial accounting.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial credits to prescribed standards.
• Prepare CCAR memos with risk analysis and borrower information.
• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management and loan approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of loan policy and related systems (nCino).
