Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• More than 3 years reading blueprints and aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Capable of lifting 20lbs or more on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand and move to handle products for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Electro-Mechanical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis.
• Assemble Electro-Mechanical assemblies by blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Use precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, micrometers and calipers.
• Perform visual inspection to drawings and specs.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Document non-conformances and rework/repair.
• Soldering and reworking of through-hole and SMT components.
• Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coating.
