Job summary

Point Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to support STARCOM TES at Schriever AFB. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves planning, coordinating, and executing space systems tests and experiments.

You will design, develop, and execute advanced test programs, apply DOE methods, and create comprehensive test documentation. You will analyze test results, define data collection requirements, and develop go/no-go criteria to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of demonstrated Systems/Test Engineering experience with space, ground, operations, and sustainment segments of DoD
• SME-level understanding of test, evaluation and experimentation
• Experience with modeling and simulation, regression testing and validation of models and simulations
• Ability to design and execute test programs and generate comprehensive reports

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests and experiments
• Design, develop, and execute advanced test/experimentation programs
• Apply design of experiments to increase test efficiency and produce actionable results
• Create and review Test Information Sheets, Safety Packages, and test reports
• Perform data analysis, develop go/no-go criteria, and ensure proper data collection
