Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Test Engineer to support space command and control systems and campaigns for STARCOM/USSF. You will develop operational test products, plan, execute, and report on tests across ground, on-orbit, and link architectures.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in space/missile defense engineering, TS/SCI eligibility, and proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure realistic test scenarios and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility for TS/SCI.
• 10+ years in a space/missile defense engineering field or equal.
• Experience with test and evaluation of space or C2 systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Test and Evaluation products (TES, TEMP, campaign plans, test reports).
• Design, execute and report test events/campaigns for operational effectiveness and survivability.
• Collaborate within a multi-discipline team (test engineers, OR analysts, tool developers, technical writers).
