Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Senior Technology and Policy Integration Lead (Senior Project Leader - Enterprise Systems Engineering) for an onsite role in Tysons Corner and Chantilly, VA. You will advise senior leaders on space integration, policy, and strategy, and lead cross-IC teams to deliver strategic analyses.

Applicants must have a current TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, plus 10+ years in engineering or strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in STEM or relevant disciplines.
• 10+ years of engineering, technical, or strategic planning experience.
• Strong communication, organization, time management.
• Experience leading interagency or multidisciplinary teams.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior ODNI leaders on space integration, policy, and strategy.
• Understand current and developing national security space architectures and systems.
• Integrate projects across NIC-Space and SCO and connect IC experts.
• Build relationships with IC elements and facilitate information exchange and analysis.
• Formulate and lead multiple high-performing teams delivering strategic analyses to senior customers.
• Mentor Aerospace team members to build leadership and strategic understanding.
• Collaborate with Aerospace Eng. & Technology Group to meet customer requirements.
