Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering or software development experience.
• Experience with systems engineering activities and requirements development.
• Knowledge of acquisitions and program management in DoD/IC.
• Ability to present complex technical material to senior government officials.
• Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted-partner technical advisory relationships with senior customers.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and procedures across CFO/TDG.
• Provide technical guidance on system capabilities and constraints.
• Lead technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Offer advice on technology planning and system transition planning.
• Lead requirements gathering and trade studies.
• Assess system vulnerabilities, security and resiliency.
• Design solutions by interfacing with industry experts.
• Lead teams to deliver strategic analysis and study results.
• Coordinate with Aerospace SMEs to form teams for senior customers.
