Job summary

EXPANSIA Aerospace seeks a skilled Systems Engineer to support development of space vehicles and missions, providing SETA to the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) at Kirtland AFB, NM.

You will work in a small, empowered team spanning cryptographic and satellite comms systems, ensuring design, schedules, and performance meet warfighter needs. Travel up to 30% within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility, and willingness to sit for a CI Poly.
• ABET-accredited degree required; 10+ years DoD/IC or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, interpretation, and analysis of technical solutions to complex projects.
• Leads or supports technical programs with high engineering oversight.
• Ensures timely completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget.
