Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support development of first-of-kind space vehicles and missions at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will provide SETA to the Space Rapid Capabilities Office and coordinate with program offices, contractors, and government customers to ensure fast, secure, and compliant space capabilities.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility, and willingness to sit for a CI Poly.
• MA/MS/ME degree from ABET-accredited program; minimum ten (10) years DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience; at least two (2) years in SAP and/or SCI environment, with 1 year in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, interpretation, and analysis of technical solutions to complex projects.
• Leads or supports technical programs, projects, or tasks with high technical complexity.
• Coordinates with multiple partners/agencies to ensure system engineering support meets milestones.
• Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program staff.
