XMSTART seeks a Space Systems Engineer to provide SETA services in Colorado Springs. You will contribute to mission success through rigorous analysis, oversight of SE activities, and support for space protection and system integration.

The role requires collaboration with government and contractor teams, documentation reviews, and active engagement in forums that standardize space capabilities. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI with polygraph are highly valued.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or relevant field and 3+ years experience or Master's with 1+ year experience
• Experience in SE processes (lifecycle, risk management, change management)
• Strong ability to define solutions and provide analysis and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and with teams with government and contractors
• Polished written/verbal communication with interpersonal skills
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to reach consensus
