The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, a STEM bachelor's, 7+ years of systems engineering experience, and MBSE with CAMEO. You will collaborate across disciplines, manage risks, and present architectures to customers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship are required.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive systems engineering experience on complex programs.
• Experience with MBSE methodologies and CAMEO.
• Proven track record leading SRR, PDR, and CDR for space systems.
• Experience bringing space systems from concept through integration and verification.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the system architecture with cross‑subsystem coherence.
• Balance performance, risk, cost, schedule, and margins in trade studies.
• Lead system requirements, verification strategies, and risk management.
• Serve as technical interface to customers and lead program reviews.
• Oversee integration, testing, and verification activities across lifecycle.
• Stay current with new technologies and propose improvements.
