Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex space program, from early architecture through deployment. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams and partners, ensuring coherence across requirements and verification strategies.

You will manage system-level trades, drive technical reviews, and serve as the primary technical interface to the customer, delivering architectures and status updates with ownership and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.
• Experience leading SRR, PDR, and CDR for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall system architecture across subsystems and mission phases.
• Lead system-level verification, validation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee system integration, test, and customer interface activities.
