Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Satellite Operations and/or Ground Segment Development.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and AGILE processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for satellite ground system components.
• Develop and maintain system-level architecture and design documentation.
• Perform requirements analysis, decomposition, and management for Space and Ground Segments.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to define requirements and baselines.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for system design.
