Job summary

Moog Space West in Arvada, CO is seeking a Space Vehicles System Engineer to join the Space Vehicles team. The role covers analysis of customer specifications, development and simulation of bus-level system architecture, and the integration and testing of the overall system.

The candidate will lead cross-disciplinary efforts, contribute to the design and testing of complex control hardware for space vehicles, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of design/development engineering experience
• Experience leading a project development team
• Access to United States Export Controlled information

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications
• Develop and simulate bus-level system architecture and interfaces
• Evaluate components and simulate subsystems
• Integrate and test the overall system
• Write test procedures and test plans
